Provides temporary support (no greater than 6 months) to SVP & CNO for specific deliverables in establishing a comprehensive central staffing office (CCSO) and associated tool development/education for staff inclusion in variable unit fte budgeting, matrix development, position control and RN vacancy dashboard. Specific deliverables outlined in position duties document section.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • BSN/MS required. Prefer DNP or MBA
  • Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
  • Ten years nursing leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in resource management/central staffing office functions.
  • System experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in staffing/scheduling systems and contingent resource management.

This position may be eligible for sign-on bonus and or relocatoin assistance.
