Clinical Trials Services Digital Products - Manager

CVS Clinical Trial Recruitment partners with leading global biopharma clients to deliver qualified patients into ongoing pharmaceutical clinical trials in order to improve and accelerate clinical research for drug and vaccine development. The Manager of Digital Product (Front-End) partners closely with Digital to deliver on the multi-year Recruitment patient-, client-, and trial site-facing product roadmap, focused on delivering an industry-leading recruitment product.
The Manager, Digital Products will:
* Be responsible for directly developing digital products with partners to support recruitment for pharma partners
* Partner with product managers in the product development process end-to-end, including developing requirements for product features, overseeing development, UX testing, and pilot / implementation
* Indirectly oversee a large cross-functional team developing product, including multiple digital scrum teams, IT project, and other partners
* Develop, test, iterate, deploy, and continually innovate and improve current product
* Partner and integrate with critical 3rd party front-end product organizations, integrating Recruitment and Conduct product over the long term
The Manager, Digital Products will:
1. Requirements development, day to day development management, UX testing, and piloting developed product
2. Continue to process innovate and iterate on developed product, suggesting and implementing improvements over time
3. Partner and manage day-to-day product partnerships, managing integration and innovation efforts.
Position can be REMOTE for appropriate candidate.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of relative work experience
* Broader healthcare industry landscape and issues
* Digital product development process
* Work with cross functional teams
* Provide leadership to Digital product managers and owners
* Manage technology vendors / partners.
Preferred Qualifications
* Specific Clinical Trial Recruitment experience and expertise
* CVS Health Enterprise organization and function across Aetna, Pharmacy, Coram, and Omnicare
* Product development delivery of Digital products, delivering on portions of product roadmaps
* Partnering to integrate Digital product
* Directly evaluate and improve upon established product offering.
Education
Bachelor's degree is required; Advanced degree strongly preferred
