DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Collector
Location: SW Houston, TX
Pay: $18.00- $21.00 DOE
Hours: M, T, Th, F 8am-4:30pm; W 11am-7pm
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Description of Duties: Conduct daily collection calls; handle customer service questions and issues via phone and email; handle contract refinance/extension challenges; investigate billing problems; other tasks as requested
Requirements: 2 years experience in a Consumer collections environment with high-volume calls; basic Microsoft Office knowledge
