Job Title: Commissions Strategist
Reports to: Head of Client Experience

Location: Alpharetta, GA or Hicksville, NY


SUMMARY:
The Client Experience Team is responsible for understanding the activities and goals of Prioritys client partners; then effectively providing guidance, allocate resources & educate cross-departmental team members. You will help lead and manage projects in a matrix style environment, providing support to both clients and executives. You will work closely with business development and have client-facing opportunities to develop solutions and make a significant impact across the entire sales organization.

The Commissions strategist position will play a key role in designing the experience for our clients by participating in plan design and documentation of our residual system. You will assist with the ongoing development of the compensation structure and process and introduce new plans to coincide with rollout of new product offerings. This position will be critical in ensuring commission plans are executed as designed, on time and accurate in our system.


JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
  • Maintain and Strengthen relationships by being liaison with sales teams to develop new and modify existing commission plans to accommodate partner needs.
  • Support ongoing review, evaluation, and modeling of new and or updated inactive and commission programs.
  • Provide cost modeling impact on changes to commission plan changes.
  • Understand all Compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, timely and in compliance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop presentations to partners.
  • Collaborate with Training to educate our Sales, Operations and other internal teams across PRTH.
  • Interact with clients as necessary as a Subject Matter Expert.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3-5 years of experience in client facing operations/finance roles, supporting sales incentive plans.
  • Experience dealing with different complex Commission plans is essential.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and drive to complete tasks quickly, independently, efficiently with the highest level of quality.
  • A 4 year BS degree or equivalent experience.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment & partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to clearly understand client needs, willingness to debate difficult issues and how to validate the appropriateness solution.
  • Ability to speak effectively and present to clients and executive management as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Expert knowledge in Excel.
