Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a junior-to-mid-level associate to join our thriving communications practice, focused on representing telecommunications, cable, wireless and other service providers before the California Public Utilities Commission, the Federal Communications Commission and related litigation and transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of law firm experience, including experience before the CPUC or other agency. We will, however, accept applications from litigation associates who are looking to specialize and transition away from litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to receive mentorship and grow in this exciting practice area. Strong writing and research skills and excellent academic credentials are required. California bar admission is preferred but we will consider applications from out-of-state candidates who commit to joining the California bar after joining the firm.
