Compliance Lead

Job Description
Apply advanced legislative, business, analytical, project management and communication skills to support and manage compliance programs that meet regulatory obligations and prevent, detect and mitigate compliance risks. This includes proactively reviewing sensitive mandates to ensure compliance and collaboration across multiple business areas to resolve and/or negotiate timelines, priorities and required corrective actions.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a regulatory compliance position or work experience in a relevant business area, preferably within Service Operations.
- Functional experience in ACAS, Contract Drafting/Maintenance, Plan Set-Up, Complaints & Appeals, and state/federal legislation implementation.

- The ideal candidate would have experience with ACAS and Compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Appropriately informs and escalates matters to senior management.
- Independently collects facts and utilizes strong analytical capabilities to recommend appropriate actions on complex matters and effectively communicates status and results in a concise and timely manner.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
