Job Summary:

The Division of the Grants Administration (DGA) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Compliance Project Manager. Under the general direction of the Grant Administrator, this position will be responsible for having a comprehensive understanding of federal and state regulation and the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) guiding the provision of the SAMHSA funded State Opioid Response II grant. Additionally, they will ensure that all AHCCCS contractors adhere to all application regulations as well as all requirements outlined in the contract and in AHCCCS policy. The position is grant funded and may be eliminated based on the availability of funding.

Job Duties:

* Plan and conduct risk assessments, site visits, desk, compliance, and financial reviews including review and analysis of documentation, design review tool and format, perform interviews. Provide consistent review and judgement based on each grants unique needs and requirements from awardee.

* Provide ongoing sub-recipient monitoring in accordance with SAMHSA requirements for grantees.

* Organize and coordinate services and communication among DGA and SOR II program contractor administration for the purpose of identifying, resolving, and monitoring program contractor management issues.

* Develop reports on the results of risk reassessments, site visits, desk, compliance, and financial reviews, complete with corrective action plans.

* Prepare timeline and documents for external compliance reviews of grant programming.

* Assist in the oversight of programs required by federal regulation and AHCCCS policy including efficacy of service utilization.

* Monitor contractor deliverables.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

* Project management methodology and techniques to select a particular approach to analyze, develop, or implement policy.

* Statistical analysis, data analysis, and research methods.

* Organizational skills that result in prioritization of multiple of multiple tasks.

* Google, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other comparable software program.

* Produce work products with limited supervision.

* Analyze problems and develop effective plans for corrective action.

* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing within all levels of the organization.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

* Bachelors or higher degree in Public Health, Social Work, Administration, or closely related field.
