The Opportunity:

The Consolidation Plus Unit Manager is responsible for providing guidance and direction to a team of Loan Consultants. The Unit Manager is also responsible for numerous special projects, reporting functions, and mentoring new hires joining the sales team.

Work remotely from home (in/near Tempe, AZ). Once we return to the office, this role will have a hybrid schedule based in Tempe, AZ.

How Youll Contribute:

The Unit Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of customer prospecting from qualification to closing are successfully executed by their team of Loan Consultants. The Unit Manager provides team support through coaching, development, and guidance to loan consultants and assists in the following areas:

  • Roll out and introduction of procedural and process expectations, sales techniques and strategies, internal departmental changes, and business priorities.
  • Assists in training and mentoring of new hires.
  • Provides performance feedback, coaching, goal setting, one on ones, motivation, and accountability to the Loan Consultant staff.
  • Ensure both the overall team and individual Loan consultant met goals, including but not limited to Unit Quotas, Close Rates, and QA standards.
  • Leads by example in all areas including work ethic and core value

Shift: Monday-Friday (with an occasional Saturday)
Hours: Anytime between the hours of 6am-7pm (with an occasional 2-4 hours on Saturday
Location: Temporarily remote until we return to the office on a hybrid schedule based in Tempe, Arizona

What Youll Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a sales-related function.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to close on sales transactions
  • Customer service-based philosophy with a strong persuasion skillset when interacting with clients and employees.
  • Proficient PC skills in the Microsoft product line including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must partner with employees and management to communicate various policies, procedures, standards, and performance expectations.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills for communication with all levels of staff.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to stay organized while working on multiple projects.
