Construction Crew Manager
We are looking for a Construction Crew Manager to join our Construction Division at Shasta Industries, Inc.

The Construction Crew Manager will be responsible to manage all pool construction field crew members (in-house and/or subcontractors) to ensure work performed exceeds Shasta standards.
This individual will be joining our team to take on the following key responsibilities:
- Hires, manages, and directs field crews and activities associated with the construction of pools optimizing production within each phase.
- Oversees the work needed to complete the following phases of pool construction ? survey, layout, excavation, plumbing, electric, shotcrete, hardscape, decking, interior finish, acid wash and landscape.
- Monitors quality of work to ensure all jobs exceeds expectations.
- Manages job allocated budget and costs associated with job to contribute to Shasta?s profitability.
- Approves crews? timesheets and records for payroll processing.
- Fosters and maintains subcontractor relationships in all phases of pool construction to maximize labor, pricing, and quality.
- Provides regular performance feedback to employees (in-house and subcontractors) through timely and constructive communications.
- Promptly handles employee relations matters to ensure all crew members remain in alignment with Shasta?s policy and procedure.
- Takes the lead as safety champion to ensure crews are using proper technique and safe workplace practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

The most suitable individual will come equipped with the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years (5) field experience in construction required.
- Experience in Pool Construction.
- Valid Driver License in the state of Arizona required.
