Construction Superintendent - Residential Remodeling

Legacy Design Build Remodeling a division of Dreamstyle Remodeling is looking to add a Superintendent experienced in residential remodeling, to our team to supervise, coordinate and work on a variety of residential remodeling jobs. In addition to having excellent residential remodeling management skills the successful candidate should exercise good judgement, high ethical standards, a self starter, organized and considerate.

Superintendent manages projects in the field, supervising on-site project activities.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

Three or more years experience managing projects onsite

Valid Drivers License

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal and external partners

Computer skills required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tablet device

Computer skills preferred: Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management programs

Education Minimum: High School degree or equivalent

Education Preferred: Four-year degree from an accredited college or university

Preferred Certifications: 30 hour OSHA certification within 60 days of hire

Preferred Certifications: PMI certification
