Job Description

DSS is looking for a Construction Superintendent in the Metro Atlanta area. As Construction Superintendent, you will oversee and manage construction projects across the Georgia territory. You will lead a team of five supervisors to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and Supervise all construction activities.
manage and mentor a team of five supervisors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monito progress and make adjustments as needed
Report project status to senior management

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods
Familiarity with construction management software.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Benefits:
