CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Consultant on the Digital Adoption team!
The Consultant will provide day-to-day support to the Sr. Consultant and Sr. Advisor on digital adoption efforts for clients. The person in this position will help the Specialty business grow its digital presence by executing responsibilities such as creating and implementing databases, conducting ad hoc analyses to identify key patient populations, including data manipulation and formatting from a variety of course systems, and for conducting zero-defect analyses, among others. The Consultant will also be responsible for hosting and managing daily and weekly digital-champion meetings with the purpose of aligning the team and setting direction on where the business can improve. When opportunities for improvement are identified, the consultant will be expected to provide key insights to business and IT stakeholders that help derive business requirements. The Consultant will develop related data-based problem statements and proposed solutions that may be repeatable on a large scale.
This position has the ability to be 100% work from home with preference being located close to one of our major hubs: Fairfield NJ, Raleigh NC, Tampa/Orlando FL, Monroeville PA, Mount Prospect IL, Lenexa KS, Phoenix AZ, Redlands CA.
Required Qualifications
* A minimum of one year of related professional experience
* Advanced working knowledge and ability to leverage Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel)
* Ability to produce results while working within established deadlines
* Ability to create databases from a variety of sources with zero defects
* Ability to learn new topics quickly and add perspective on complex processes
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
* Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to teach and motivate others
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years experience in a healthcare-related industry
* Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, or business is strongly preferred
* Subject matter expertise in CVS pharmacy systems such as SPRx, SPARCs, PeopleSafe and CE2000
* Strong knowledge of Specialty workflow including the ability to identify opportunities that have broad and far reaching impacts
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
