Contract Collector Specialists

• MBI Industrial Medicine is a Locally owned Company, Specializing in Occupational Medicine.
• MBI currently has an immediate opening for an energetic Contract Service Collector individual in our corporate office. This position deals with our clients who have medical services for Employment purposes that are paid by the company and posting payments
• Position is Full Time: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Salary : Depending on experience
• Location : 3501 W. Osborn Rd. Phoenix, AZ

Position duties include, but not limited to:

Customer Service/Phone work

Speaking to clients about their accounts, and helping with any issues the client may have

Contacting Clients for payments

Collecting Monthly payment from Contracted Medical services by credit card

Review correspondence pertaining to A/R

Analyze and Interpret A/R

Identifying and resolving billing errors

Correcting Invoices

Adhere to all HIPPA guidelines/regulations

Customer invoicing

Posting of Payments

Other duties may be assigned

• Position Requirements
• Proper Phone Etiquette - Customer Service
• Collections knowledge on 1st party collections & Posting payment understanding
• Minimum 2 years of full time healthcare experience in A/R and Collections/posting
• Knowledge of Collection processes
• Fast learner
• Multi-tasking
• Front office experience is helpful for position
