Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs efficiently as Contract Manager for COO and CFO keeping them informed of issues, taking initiative to see tasks through to completion. Sets priorities, handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously with frequent starts and stops. Able to analyze situations and recognize the relative importance of each. Assists with incoming and outgoing mail, responding to routine correspondence as directed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- College degree preferred but not required.
- College courses in Office Administration helpful.
- Must excel as a typist and organizer, as well as have proficient computer skills.
- Experience of one year in a similar position is required.
