Position Summary

NMPBSseeks a Coord, Member Data & Relations, to work as part of the MemberServices team. The chosen candidate will provide andcoordinate professional responses to NMPBS donors to resolve questions andconcerns. The Coordinator will serve asthe teams primary Purchase Card holder and will perform a variety of softwareprocesses that are critical to our successful fund raising and member serviceoperations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responds to donor email and voice messages with active problem solving informed by knowledge of NMPBS and department policies.
  • Will enter donor transactions accurately through mastery of the Allegiance CRM software program and through an understanding of fund-raising objectives.Researches and resolves issues as needed.
  • Serves as the departments Purchase Card holder with the responsibility for paying third party vendors who provide vital goods and services. Upon training will actively work with NMPBS Finance to promptly pay vendors. Will research and resolve issues as necessary as generated by vendors.
  • Runs donor acknowledgements.
  • Responsible for processing monthly donor contributions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to actively listen.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under supervision and work well in a team setting.
  • Experience with and knowledge of computer software
  • Experience handling confidential donor information and contributions.
  • Experience with a non-profit
  • A desire to support the mission of NMPBS through your work.
