Coordinator, Payroll and Accounting

Schedule: Part-Time 08:00 AM -16:30 PM
Reports To: Payroll Supervisor
Summary: Under the direction of the Payroll Supervisor, the position performs as a lead payroll resource person under the direct supervision of the Payroll Supervisor.
Requirements: High school graduate with courses in typing, 10-key by touch and other business/commercial subjects preferred. Knowledge of general office functions, ability to communicate and disseminate information given by the Payroll Supervisor. Good interpersonal skills and pleasant temperament. Ability to work as a team. Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines. Experience with personal computers, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, API and Medi-tech. At least three (3) year's recent accounting clerical experience with prior experience in payroll. Accounting Department background preferred. Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred.
