Job Description
The Business and Tax practice group in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks an associate attorney with a minimum of 2 years experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth capital investment transactions, corporate governance and general corporate law.
Candidates must have strong academic credentials, writing and drafting skills, law firm experience, excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills and be a team player. All replies confidential.
