Job SummaryThe Corporate Real Estate Administrator will be responsible for performing lease administration functions for a portfolio ofCentura properties. The Leasing Administrator will ensure compliance of lease terms, assist with the management of legalissues, and track financial obligations for all lease documents.

Minimum Experience Requirements3 years of relevant experience required with a background in commercial property management, lease abstracting anddatabase administration, and contract analysis. Extensive experience of liaising with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and letting negotiators.Reading and Understanding Leases and contractsConfident with the preparation of lease terminations, commencement date certificates, dispute correspondence and tenant and landlord communications.
