Job Description

The Business & Tax practice group in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a junior to mid-level associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the areas of emerging company work, venture capital and growth capital investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and/or general corporate law. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, writing and drafting skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player.

Our practice represents the interests of emerging and mature companies in significant financing and M&A transactions in many industries, including fintech, health, digital media, consumer products/food and beverage, advertising, games, enterprise, software services, and retail, among others. The group provides excellent opportunities for professional development, promotion, and cross-office work.
