Position Description
Provide administrative and clerical support to judges, attorneys, and the public to ensure accurate and efficient case processing requiring knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, documentation, and time constraints, and make independent decisions regarding processing routine legal documents. This is a court-classified position that has no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities

A high school diploma or the equivalent and three years of customer service or office experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education approved by Human Resources.
Work Location: On-site
Requires the ability to work the weekend, holidays, and alternative work hours based on department needs. May require working at an off-site location.
Current Shifts, assignment will be based on court needs:
PM Initial Appearance, staffed Monday through Sunday, including holidays: 2:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.
AM Initial Appearance, staffed Monday through Sunday, including holidays: 4:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Courthouse Courtroom, staffed Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Education Reimbursement Program: The program will provide up to $5,250 per calendar year for tuition, required books, registration fees, and laboratory fees. The Employee's lifetime maximum benefit would be for reimbursement of one Bachelor's degree and one Master's degree.
