Albion Healthcare Staffing is looking for a Credentialing Manager to join a company located in the Miami, FL

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Bachelor’s in Health Care or relate field preferred; or equivalent work-related experience.
•  3 years of experience Credentialing in a Medicare Managed Care Plans or large provider groups with Medicare contracts.
•  3 years’ people management experience.
•  Experience in a healthcare setting, including provider enrollment and provider network management experience desirable.
•  Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
•  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•  Ability to manage priorities and workflows.
•  Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
•  Proficient in CAQH, NPDB, NPPES and other credentialing resources.
•  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
•  Able to work collaboratively with multiple health professionals in a busy and complex environment using tact, diplomacy, and discipline.
•  Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.
•  High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the internet.
