Job Description

AVID Tutor - $14.35 per hour and four (4) hours per day with no benefits. Traditional school year position.

Job Summary:

Be alert and careful while manning assigned school crossing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make sure signs are available and placed on time.
  • Always promote safety.
  • Willing to care for children.
  • Attend a 1-day workshop annually before school starts.
  • Performs other duties as required by Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good physical health.
  • Ability to work with and without supervision.
  • Willingness to work split shift (M-F 7-9:00 a.m. - 2-4:00 p.m.)

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED.

PREFFERED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

At least 21 years of age
