Were hiring a CSR Supervisor for our Northwest Houston Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: CSR Supervisor
- Location: NW Houston
- Pay: $18-$25/hr.
- Hours: M-F 7:30am-9:45am (Starts 8-Hour Shifts) Weekends and Holidays with extra pay
- Duration: Long Term Temporary
- Description of Duties: Monitor and supervise staff to meet objectives. Resolve escalated customer calls according to policies and procedures. Provide mentoring, staff reviews, and develop actions plans for improvement. Communicate any disciplinary action needed and address conduct issues.
- Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication, MS Office, type at least 30wmp, and must be open to a flexible schedule
