We are currently looking for customer service advocates due to growth and expansion in our Phoenix office.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making sure our customers and their projects are taken care of every step of the way.
  • Data entry
  • Inbound/outbound calls
  • Assist with communication of behalf of the company
  • Complete necessary paperwork
  • Deliver superior customer service
  • Manage one-on-one relationship with existing and new customers
  • Assist developing and managing new company incentives
  • Coordinate site check, installation and scheduling
