Customer Call Representative

We are looking for a Customer Call Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The Customer Call Representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
Salary range: $35000 - $45000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
Schedule and confirm client appointments via phone and email.
Facilitate and resolve client service requests.
Maintain daily contact with customers to document and report on the status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
Set up client files and obtain necessary information.
Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
Associates/Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Must have a working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and Google, and able to learn new software quickly.
Positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism.
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
Self-motivated individual.
