Job Description
DSS is looking for a Customer Service Specialist in the Dallas, Tx area.
Schedule:
Thursday - Monday 1:00pm - 10:00pm
OFF - Tuesday - Wednesday
Pay: $17/hr
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Making calls/sending emails
- Answering inbound calls
- Problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- Dispatching service technicians
- Processing payments
MUST have good work history.
MUST be able to pass a background check.
