Customer Sales Support agent

- Temp to Hire

Location: Lakeland, Florida 33812

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour (Day Shift)

Job Description:

Are you a multitasker with a knack for communication and creativity? We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our call center team on a temp-to-hire basis. In this role, you will not only provide exceptional customer service but also contribute to sales and design efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Handle Sales, inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing outstanding service.
Assist customers with product and service information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing promotional materials.
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the system.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creative flair and an eye for design.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Graphic Design Experience is a plus
