Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.


Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new Accounts Receivable Customers, including establishing billing parameters required for timely submittal of invoices and corresponding payments
  • Setting up new jobs as required; includes establishing project numbers in our database, purchasing building materials as specified by the sales team, and setting up all equipment rentals as needed
  • Invoicing and collection of Commercial Service Receivables
  • Scheduling of all Commercial Service projects; includes communicating any changes due to weather, staffing issues, etc
  • Supports Service Superintendent’s field operations with project and customer data as needed

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of accounting experience required
  • Previous roofing/construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
