Position Summary | The Department of OB-GYN seeks an individual withexceptional customer service skills to join our team. In the CustomerService-Department Purchasing role, youll bring your passion for deliveringoutstanding service, your problem-solving abilities and your friendly demeanerto create a positive and efficient experience for our faculty, staff andlearners. In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring thesmooth operation of the Departments financial activities. Yourresponsibilities will include processing transactions like food orders, Amazonpurchases and travel while maintaining records in our Departmental systems andUNMs Chrome River. You'll be the go-to person for all purchases made with aDepartment credit card. Youll serve as the point person for processingreimbursement requests and youll process and distribute monthly reports. The ideal candidate will have strong and effectivecommunication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional problem solvingskills and the ability to independently analyze, research and resolve issuesare a must. This includes the ability to think critically, adapt to changingcircumstances and collaborate with colleagues to address complex problemsefficiently. Minimum Qualifications |
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
