A Customer Service Representative with Lincoln Military Housing is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all prospective and current residents within a multi-family residential housing community. The role includes answering telephones, as well as taking and following up on service requests from residents. The position is instrumental in the resident move-in process, including showing homes, completing leases, and ensuring residents' needs are met. You must be able to work efficiently and effectively and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service.
