About this opportunity:

Albion Staffing Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Liaison to work at a company located in the Pompano, FL area. The role and responsibility of a Customer Service Liaison is to provide an exceptional experience to each customer that communicates with our company through phone, email or client facing contact.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited to:

  • Maintain front desk duties to include, answering and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Directly support customers by telephone and/or email.
  • Interact with customers to provide information regarding product inquiries, returns, request, complains and shipping issues.
  • Keep records of leads, prospects, customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints. Record all of these actions in NetSuite
  • Keep track and prepare customer literature request.
  • Opens customer accounts and maintains records by updating information as needed.
  • Interacts with Sales Managers and Representatives and provide direct support as needed.
  • Reviews and approves orders daily.
  • Back up person for orders department.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must be friendly and energetic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, communicates politely, clearly and professionally with a wide range of people both inside and outside the company
  • Responsible and self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently and effectively to find solutions without supervision.
  • Computer savvy is a MUST (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google email) Netsuite knowledge preferred.
  • Detailed oriented is a MUST

Schedule:

The hours for this position are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Workplace Location:
Applicants will work in the customer's facility - located in Pompano, FL
