Customer Service Rep-OPS

Job Description
Servicing telephonic inquiries from Medicaid members regarding benefits, eligibility and PCP selection, as well as ordering ID cards and assisting with billing inquiries.
Customer Service Representative will spend up to 7 hours daily taking incoming calls during prescheduled time slots.

Required Qualifications
- Good written and oral communication skills, multi-tasking,
problem-solving, organization and time management skills.
- Previous customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Call Center experience, health insurance experience,
QNXT, Outlook, ProPat and PeopleSafe knowledge a plus.
- Some knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Aspect also a
plus.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent
