Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking reliable, problem-solving, positive fun professionals to join our customer service team. The successful CSR will provide effective customer service to customers by using in-depth knowledge of company products and processes when answering their calls, placing their orders, and resolving any issues or concerns. In addition to a monthly sales bonus, there are monthly contests as well. Schedule

- Monday thru Friday, no weekends

- 8am to 5pm

- Flexibility to work from home once trained (2-3 months)

Compensation

- $14.50 Hourly base, plus monthly bonus (average $450)

Responsibilities
- Process orders and answer account & product inquiries via incoming phone calls, fax, email, web, and mail
- Cross/suggestive/up-sell complimentary products and monthly marketing driven promotions
- Stay current on all products and services
- Answer account and product inquiries via phone and email
- Make outbound calls or email customers to follow-up on account and product inquiries
- Run reports daily and/or weekly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete lead measure goals

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Order entry experience in a fast paced business environment preferred
- Ability to learn new topics and skills quickly
- Good telephone techniques, etiquette, and great organizational skills
