Job Description
We are seeking Full time (4 days a week) OR Weekend only Dispatchers for a company in the North Austin , Area.
$16/hr
Temp to Perm
1PM-10 PM or Overnight shifts
- 4 day- 10 hours shift , Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon- 10 hours shifts. OFF Tues, Wed, Thurs.
- 4 day-10 hours shift, Thu, Fri, Sat, Mon- OFF Sun, Tues, Wed
- SAT & SUN ONLY - weekend training
Qualifications:
- Must have availability open from 6am-10pm
- Must be able to train -Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
- Full time / Temp to perm position
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be proficient with inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service agents can put themselves in the customers shoes and problem solving comes naturally.
- Dispatches roadside assistance requests in a timely manner to service providers using a variety of communication channels
- Answering inbound phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
- Escalates service issues, concerns, complaints and incorrectly created calls
- Meet daily and monthly performance objectives as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedure
Must be able to pass a minimum of 30 WPM. typing test, background and drug screen.
