Customer Support Representative

The primary function of the Customer Service Representative responsible is inbound and outbound calling for the Quick Turns division. The CSR will document all client service requests as well as provide quality and efficient customer service to our clients.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for performing inbound and outbound calls on behalf of Valet Living Turns.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet client's needs.
• Escalate issues as needed to management team.
• Updating client contact information within our client database.
• Perform other clerical duties to include (but not limited to) filing, reception work, answering reception phones, replying to email requests, customer concerns, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work occasional Saturday's
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Proficiency in typing and MS Office suite (Outlook / Word / Excel).
• Prospecting skills - comfortable with repetitive work and cold calling
• High energy, result-driven attitude
• Ability to demonstrate a professional demeanor at all time
• Ability to speak clearly and project good voice tone
• Ability to accurately document and present information during phone interactions
• High degree of innovation and independence, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
• Must be able to project manage complex orders and customer requirements
• Must have excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Must be responsible for quality work
• Must work well with others

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• A minimum of 2 years' prior customer service / call center experience
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred

Hourly Rate: $15.00-17.00/hour
