Job Description
Assists with or is directly responsible for reporting needs related to population health management, (e.g.: chronic disease patients, well visits, referral patients) as well as operational reports, (eg: no-shows, schedule utilization, staff productivity, reports related to HEDIS measures). Performs data analysis to assist in organizational decisions, and to identify potential process changes to improve performance or impact measures related to Shared Savings Agreements (SSA). Coordinates activities and reporting needs with the EHR Manager and Business Operations Director. Understands the functions of the EHR system, including reports generated from within that system. Is proficient with reporting from other systems that are in use.

- Must be able to obtain a fingerprint clearance card. If not already obtained, Fingerprint Clearance card application must be submitted within 5 business days of employment.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and a health and drug screen.
- Associates degree in a related field required, Bachelors Degree preferred, from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of three (3) years experience utilizing Databases /or Electronic Practice Management (EPM) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system(s) in a healthcare environment.
- More than 10 years of significant, documented experience in database management and data analysis may be considered in lieu of education.
- Preferred: Bachelors in related field, AHIMA Certification (CHDA), NextGen Certification, I2I Certification
