Grade: 24
The Information Services Division (ISD) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Data Security Analyst. This position is responsible for user account administration, security education, and other related duties for the agency.
* Create, delete, and change network computer accounts; Google email accounts, and EFT/SFTP accounts. Create, delete, and manage Active Directory security groups and network protected directories; perform account management responsibilities for web-based applications and act as account Security Administrator to the internal network.
* Create, delete, change mainframe user accounts, PMMIS security groups, IDEAL profiles, DDOL profiles, DQRY user profiles; act as Security/RACF/IDEAL/PMMIS Administrator to the AHCCCS and Hawaii LPARs on the mainframe.
* Analyze and resolve all security related problems.
* Create and disseminate annual security recertification training and monthly security awareness information.
* Perform internal security audits; investigate security violations/breaches.
* Working knowledge of principles, capabilities, and operation of digital mainframe computer systems, help desk/desktop administration, Microsoft Active Directory and EFT/SFTP
* Working knowledge of IBM zOS, ControlM Scheduling software, Job Control Language (JCL), TSO, SDSF, IDEAL, PMMIS, RACF file and data management systems
* Experience creating and auditing security policy and procedure
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* 5 years experience in helpdesk/desktop administration, mainframe operations, RACF administration
