Position Summary	*This is a Locum Tenens, part-time position. You need to have a New Mexico license, NM DEA and NM CSR* Provides and oversees direct dental diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care for a specified patient population. See the Position Description for additional information.
Conditions of Employment	CPR Certified. Specialty licensure/certification may be required, as specified by the department. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check. May be subject to credentialing process; must maintain credentialed status, if applicable. Must maintain certification status.
Minimum Qualifications	Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities; or enrollment in a Dental Residency Program.Certification/LicensureCurrent Licensure from New Mexico Board of Dental Health Care. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
