Dentist- Various Dental Clinics

Under the direction of the Dental Director a Staff Dentist is to provide comprehensive general dental services to a wide variety of patients in a quality oriented, efficient, and cost effective manner. Provide supervision, consultation, dental backup and instruction when needed to Dental Assistants and other health care delivery team members in all Sunset Health Center dental sites as applicable.Assess dental needs and refer patients as necessary to dental specialists or medical providers using medical staff protocols for referral, follow-up and quality assurance.

Must be familiar with developing treatment plans in EDR or paper charting, digital X-Rays , and following AZ State Board requirements for continuing education. Must have an AZ State Fingerprint Clearance Card or obtain one with 5 days of employments.

This position will rotate to various dental sites as needed.

Qualifications include:

• License from AZ State Board for Dental Examiners
• Current AZ State licensure renewal certificate
• Current DEA certificate
• Current Health Care Providers-CPR certificate.
