Position Summary |
The Department of Pathology at the University of New Mexicos Health Sciences Center is dedicated to advancing research, education, and clinical services as we advocate for the health of all New Mexicans. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic, organized, and innovative HR Representative to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous improvement. The HR Representative within the Department of Pathology will play a crucial role in supporting our faculty, staff, and students by managing various human resources functions. Working under general direction, you will be responsible for leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Minimum Qualifications |
Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
