We are looking for a Diagnostic Scheduler to work at the Kendall, FL area.

Requirements:

• SCHEDULING AND REGISTERING PATIENTS
• COORDINATE WITH THE PATIENTS THAT REQUIRE AUTHORIZATIONS OR REFERRALS
• HANDLE MULTIPLE PHONE LINES WITH A HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS
• PROMPTY HANDLE INCOMING CALLS, EMAILS, OR FAXES
• PERFORM OTHER OFFICE DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
• ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK
• DEMONSTRATE EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• DEMONSTRATE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 08:30 am- 5:00 pm

Workplace Location:
Applicants will work in the customer's facility - located in Kendall, FL
