Job Description
We Are Hiring! Variety of part-time, full-time, and on-call shifts are available. AIRES, LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As a DSP, you will provide essential care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. We especially need employees who will qualify to drive for AIRES.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and autonomy.
• Engage in meaningful social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and daily activities.
• Collaborate with professionals and family members to ensure the well-being of people living at program
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Must be able to pass background check.
· Be dependable and punctual.
· Be 18 years of age or older.
· Must pass AIRES required trainings.
· Must have the ability to pass background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services, and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance.
· For positions requiring you to drive, must have a Valid Arizona driver’s license and be 21 years of age or older.
· Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
