Our Client is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) /b> to provide service in Millersville, MD working in Community day program with Adult Population.
HOURS
* Monday - Friday 8am - 2pm Schedule available.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Maintain structure and supervise participants within assigned group.
*Be aware and respond appropriately to participants emotional and physical needs
*Medication monitoring
*Provide overall companionship and support for disabled individuals
*Provide care such as meal prep and housekeeping
*Tend to participants hygiene and daily living skills
*Properly completing all MAR's for the clients
*Report any behaviors or medical concerns immediately to supervisor
*Following procedures and documenting appropriately and in a timely manner.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Experience working with a vulnerable population/within a group home for adults
* Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
* Active CPR & First Aid Cerification
* DDA Traning
*MANDT Training (Preferred)
* Compassionate about the care and well being of others
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
