The Director of Clinic Operations provides leadership and general management oversight for multiple departments and locations. He/she is responsible for the overall performance of the clinical sites and associated team with the goal of strategic initiative achievement and continuous progression toward the Summits vision.

The Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for the implementation and measurement of performance, processes, procedures, services, and personnel. This includes, but not limited to, the recommendation of strategy for short- and long-term success, employee engagement, turnover, financial results, patient satisfaction, compliance and quality.

The Director will provide both internal and external facing leadership and interpersonal competencies. This will include opportunities to refine, evolve, develop, and grow business opportunities and relationships.

Collaborate with the Senior Management and Executive teams to plan and formulate the strategic direction of assigned departments as it relates to the development, establishment, and implementation of long-range and short-range goals and objectives.

Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments, and directly or indirectly supervise the staff of assigned departments to ensure the highest level of care.

Implement and manage the departmental budgets preparing and analyzing financial information, comparing actual performance to budgeted performance, and overseeing and/or approving clinical expenses.

Oversee and coordinate the development, design and improvement of processes and methods within assigned departments.

Ensure department compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory agencies, in addition to safety and work regulations and the maintenance of housekeeping standards.

Engage in employee staffing and supervisory duties, including interviewing and hiring employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and ensuring the completion of required paperwork, records, documents, etc.

Participate on cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous, on-going improvement of processes, methods, productivity and quality, while reducing costs.

Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

7 year: Minimum of 7 years progressive leadership experience required.

5 year: Minimum of 5 years of clinic management experience required.
