Job SummaryResponsible for the overall administration and direction of the Inpatient Hospice Program, and Outpatient Palliative CareProgram, in accordance with Federal, State, and/or TJC standards, guidelines and regulations. Works collaboratively withleadership in the home hospice program and Senior Living Communities providing administrative and clinical support. Demonstrates effective leadership to assure Centura Health's mission, vision, and, core values, and promotes the success of its goals.

Minimum Experience Requirements5 years experience in leading programs within a healthcare setting. Demonstrated experience in leading operations of alarge facility (inpatient unit) setting in long term care and/or hospice.

BSN Required, MSN Preferred.

License/Certifications Requirement

Current RN license in applicable state of work or current RN license from a participating state in NationalLicensure Compact for eligible states.
