AllHealth Network is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to lead organizational change efforts to promote, implement and support diversity, equity and inclusion throughout AllHealth Network staff, compensation and promotion practices, programs, operations, and other critical functions within the organization.

The Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion's primary role is to ensure the company's culture and business practices, such as sourcing, hiring, development, and overall strategy, are equitable and inclusive for all employees. In partnership with the Chief Executive Officer , the incumbent will provide services and solutions to help enable a more engaged and inclusive work environment. This role will lead and manage all diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and initiatives and educate on DE&I best practices internally and provide oversight and collaborative management of AllHealth Network's DEI Advisory Council, advisory council workgroups and Employee Resource Groups.

Your Role:
Provide consultative support to the CEO and the Executive Committee on DEI issues.
Oversee and provide supervisory support for organizational committees, groups and initiatives focusing on DEI.
Drive organizational change in relation to DEI using the strategic equity plan to achieve defined goals and objectives.
Provide consultation to all directors and managers as diversity and cultural competency issues arise.
Lead efforts to ensure that diversity, equity and inclusion is addressed in policies, programs, operations, strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Establish effective working relationships with local academic institutions for the purpose of enhancing the workforce through innovative and jointly developed training opportunities.
Responsible for the development and implementation of a staff development and training program enhancing the organizations capacity to deliver culturally proficient services.
Develop forums and start dialogues creating ways to engage employees with diversity-related issues.
Assist CEO, marketing and other organizational resources in producing timely communications in alignment with organizational values concerning societal events that may impact AllHealth Network staff, e.g., racial incidents or discriminatory practices.
Help staff understand, discuss, and problem solve around race and racism issues, marginalized identities, as well as issues of lived experience with clients and co-workers.
Assist Human Resources and other managers with inclusiveness in recruiting, marketing to, and retention of underrepresented staff.
Assist Human Resources by offering consultative guidance related to investigative accusations of staff misconduct relating to discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behaviors toward other staff or consumers.
In collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement, establish and maintain relationships with local community organizations to strengthen AllHealth Networks connection, support, and collaboration. Serve as a liaison to and help build stronger ties to underrepresented groups.
Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.
Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures

What you'll need:

  • Minimum bachelors degree or higher in one of the following preferred fields:
    Organizational Leadership, Organizational Change, Business, Non-Profit Management, Social Work, Human
    Resources, Human Services or similar fields of study relevant to the role.
  • Min. 3 years in a managerial, leadership responsibility. Experience in leading organizational change efforts.
  • Experience with working knowledge in the diversity/cultural competency field and lived bicultural experience preferred.

Salary: $120,000- 140,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
