Provides leadership and operations management for all aspects of plant operations, construction management, groundsmaintenance, security, safety and emergency preparedness, biomed and/or environmental services. Responsible for staffperformance and the accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in accordance with corporate, hospital, departmentand safety policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements. The Director oversees all projects,both capital and in-house construction and turnover acceptance. Develops, implements and evaluates the department'sstrategic and operation plan including continuous quality improvement, compliance with all regulatory agencies and fiscalmanagement. The incumbent in this role will also direct mulitple Shared Services operations (I. E. Environmental Services, NutritionServices, Clinical Dieticians, Safety, Valet) in their designated facility(s).

Minimum Experience RequirementsFive years of related experience; experience in healthcare facilities management, construction management, plantoperations, preferred. Progressive leadership experience; leadership in healthcare setting, preferred. Previousenvironmental services experience, preferred. Knowledge of local building codes, N.F.P.A, O.S.H.A, JCAHO EOCrequirements, policy and procedure development and implementation. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
