Director; Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination of investment banking transaction mandates for middle market & emerging growth clients such as: buy & sell-side M&A, inclusive of cross-border transactions, as well as cap mrkts processes, incl. debt & equity offerings. Oversee analysts & associates on client coverage, origination & transaction execution teams. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Bach. or equiv. & 7 yrs exp. in: Executing investment banking transactions & processing in a global firm environment across both M&A & cap mrkts products; Preparing financial analysis & valuation incl. LBO modeling, discounted cash flow analysis, accretion & dilution, IPO pro forma modeling, comparative company & precedent transaction analysis, & sum of parts valuation using financial modeling best practices. 15% domestic travel as nec.
