- Responsible in leading Texas Tech Physicians in telemedicine strategy and policy development.
- Collaborate with clinical department management on operational processes specific to digital healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with IT to optimize functionality of telehealth delivery platforms
- Collaborate with appropriate billing/coding and business office personnel to ensure reimbursement is optimized.
- Assist with overall patient experience initiatives to include reporting and improvement processes
- Assist patients and visitors with questions and concerns about their experience
