Our client is seeking a Director of Clinical Services in Pasadena.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Director of Clinical Services role is designed to ensure we are delivering quality and ethical addiction treatment services utilizing industry best-practices. They will supervise service delivery, mainatain daily calendar, handle risk assessment, and crisis management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* LMFT, LCSW, and/or LPCC eligible to supervise Trainees and Associates in practicum.
* Experience working with DHS/SAPC Medi-Cal programs including on-hands experience with SAGE and LPHA signatory requirements.
* Mnimum of five (5) years working in a senior management position in a treatment center setting
* Extensive experience working in group and individual settings for a substance use disorder treatment facility
